Asir Municipality signs 5 investment agreements during its participation in Cityscape Global Exhibition

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Asir region pavilion at the Cityscape Global Exhibition, which concluded yesterday in Riyadh, witnessed the signing of five investment agreements, in the presence of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al-Hogail, Mayor of Asir Region Abdullah Jali, and a number of investors.
The Undersecretary of the Secretary-General for Investment, Nawaf Al-Baqmi, explained that the agreements include signing a memorandum of understanding between the Secretariat and an international company for real estate development and investment, and signing a memorandum of understanding between the Secretariat and a Saudi company for investment in municipal assets, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), today, Friday.
He also hinted at signing a memorandum of understanding between the Secretariat and a Saudi building materials company to establish, operate and maintain a commercial complex on King Fahd Road, at the intersection of Airport Road, with an area of (14,208) m2, and signing a memorandum of understanding between the Secretariat and a local company to establish, operate and develop projects with a distinctive character in the recovery centers to serve all citizens and target groups in the scene in Abha, on an area of (49,000) m2.
A memorandum of understanding was also signed between the Secretariat and a Saudi company to establish and operate a hotel with a multi-use area with a total area of 53,300 m2.
