PRESSR: Municipalities and Housing Ministry launches "Seredo 2025" real estate exhibition in Jeddah
Jeddah - The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing launched the "Seredo 2025" exhibition today, Tuesday, at the Jeddah Superdome. The Ministry's Undersecretary for Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Tawil, inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of a number of representatives of relevant government agencies, a group of real estate developers, financing agencies, and experts and specialists in the real estate and investment fields .
The exhibition, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, includes a series of specialized workshops and seminars that address the latest experiences and best practices in real estate development and digital transformation. It also aims to activate local and international partnerships and present innovative solutions that support the sector's sustainability and contribute to raising its efficiency .
The exhibition will see wide participation from major real estate development companies, as well as banks and real estate finance companies, showcasing their latest residential projects and financing solutions. This step aims to support home ownership programs, increase real estate supply, and promote quality investments in the local market .
