PRESSR: Deloitte launches Center of Excellence for AI Agents on Oracle

● The center is dedicated to developing and using artificial intelligence agents within Oracle cloud solutions.
● This step enables organizations to design AI agents, define their job tasks, train them, and scale them in an independent, secure, and responsible manner.

Middle East: Deloitte Middle East today announced the launch of its Oracle AI Agents Center of Excellence in the region, which supports the drive towards innovation and aims to accelerate the adoption of agent AI, a form of AI capable of thinking and executing independent actions to enhance decision-making.
The center brings together global knowledge and skills with local expertise from both the public and private sectors, and a select group of specialists, to empower governments and private sector organizations to leverage a suite of AI agent tools developed using Deloitte and Oracle technologies. The center also boasts a network of capabilities that contribute to sector development beyond the purely technical aspects, helping organizations enhance their operations through intelligent and autonomous systems and achieve measurable results.
Commenting on this, Corinne Johnson, Partner and Oracle Solutions Manager at Deloitte Middle East, said: “As a strategic partner to the public and private sectors, we believe it is our duty to provide the region with the latest capabilities. Our new Oracle AI Agent Hub will enable leaders to adopt independent agents in a secure, responsible, and widespread manner.”
The center, which serves clients across the GCC and the Middle East, underscores Deloitte’s commitment to the region’s digital transformation and its role as a global contributor to Oracle’s AI proxy ecosystem. In addition to implementing these tools, Deloitte will develop new AI proxies, further solidifying the Middle East’s position as a leading innovation hub.
In this context, Faisal Al-Darras, partner in charge of the Oracle Alliance at Deloitte Middle East, said: “The center represents the culmination of a long strategic journey. We are working to leverage Deloitte’s global assets and our deep expertise in Oracle’s Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud computing, and customized solutions for different sectors and industries, to deliver Oracle’s AI agents on a large scale in the region. Our team is fully prepared to enable customers to start implementation immediately.”
Earlier this month, Deloitte participated as the Global Accelerator Sponsor at Oracle AI World 2025, held from October 13-16 in Las Vegas, USA. This participation underscores Deloitte's leading role in driving and supporting AI innovation based on Oracle solutions worldwide. The discussions at this global conference further strengthen Deloitte's initiatives and ensure the Middle East remains at the forefront of the global AI transformation.
Deloitte’s Center of Excellence is uniquely positioned to translate these global innovations into tangible impact across the region, by combining Deloitte and Oracle’s technologies in execution, software as a service and cloud computing, as well as its deep relationships with clients.
In addition to providing full training, implementation, and consulting capabilities, the center offers:
● Certified AI Agent Specialists: A regional team trained and ready to design and deploy AI agents on Oracle.
● Specialized use cases for each sector: Implementing solutions in the areas of finance, the public sector, supply chain management, human capital management, and customer experience.
● Innovation Workshops: A structured methodology for collaborating with clients in designing, testing, and improving the job tasks of AI agents.
The teams at the Center of Excellence are working on a number of strategic programs. Deloitte will contribute to Oracle's global inventory of AI agents from the region.
