Riyadh - Mubasher: The Canadian Medical Center Company announced that it received a letter dated October 30, 2024, from Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Ammar, the company’s founder, chairman of its board of directors, and one of its major shareholders, regarding the sale of part of his shares in the company.
The company explained, in a statement on "Tadawul", today, Thursday, that the sale process aims to achieve the "liquidity file", which is one of the conditions for moving to the main market.
She pointed out that the sale of part of the company's shares by the company's founder and chairman of the board of directors will result in a change in the list of major shareholders in the company.
