Wadama boasts extensive experience in the global luxury hospitality sector, having successfully led teams at some of the world's most prestigious hotel brands. He has held numerous key leadership positions throughout his career, most notably at The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Emaar Hospitality Group, Armani Hotel, and Jumeirah Group, where he has been instrumental in enhancing guest engagement and operational excellence.

Prior to joining W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, Wadama led the pre-opening phase of SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, where he contributed significantly to the hotel's successful launch. He distinguished himself through his innovative approach to guest engagement, his commitment to sustainability initiatives, and his commitment to fostering a dynamic team culture. Wadama also played a pivotal role in prominent partnerships with renowned artists such as Akon and will.i.am, which have positively impacted the hotel and helped elevate it as a leading lifestyle and experiential brand.
