Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced distributing cash dividends to unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, for the period from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Sedco Capital said in a statement on the Tadawul website today, Thursday, that the total distributions amount to 23.37 million riyals, which will be distributed to 186.94 million units, so that the value of the distributed profit per unit will be 0.125 riyals, representing 1.43% of the net asset value as of June 30, 2024.

Sedco Capital added that the eligibility for cash dividends will be for unit holders at the end of trading on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and that dividends will be paid within 60 days from the due date, indicating that dividends will be disbursed starting from February 27, 2025.

The Fund Manager called on unit holders to update their data with the financial market institutions that hold their accounts, to ensure that their due profits are deposited directly into their accounts.
