Riyadh - Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group decided on February 15, 2025, to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2024, at about 12.3% of the nominal value of the share, equivalent to SAR 1.23, the nominal value of the share.

The company added in a statement on "Tadawul" today, Sunday, that the total distribution amount is about 430.50 million riyals, distributed over 350 million shares.

She noted that the distribution of cash dividends is subject to a withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax System and Article (63) of its executive regulations .

She pointed out that non-resident investors who are entitled to exemption from taxes on distributed profits by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority are required to contact the Investor Relations Department and submit the necessary documents proving their exemption .

The company also urges all shareholders to ensure that their personal and banking information is updated and to link their bank account numbers to their investment portfolios. This is to ensure that their future profits are deposited quickly and without delay .

The annual financial results of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (Suleiman Al Habib) showed a 13.16% increase in its net profits during the year 2024.

The company explained, according to a statement issued today, Sunday, on “Tadawul”, that the net profit after zakat and tax amounted to about 2.31 billion riyals, compared to 2.05 billion riyals in 2023.
