RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – Riyadh Air, the new national carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a subsidiary of the Fund, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic partnership with Uber Technologies Limited (NYSE: UBER) to provide an integrated and exceptional travel experience for guests traveling in the Kingdom and around the world. The partnership was signed in front of Riyadh Air’s first aircraft at the Boeing factory in Charleston, USA, with Lucid vehicles present, linking premium global mobility solutions with the next generation of electric vehicles.
This partnership represents the two companies' commitment to providing innovative solutions and exceptional experiences that combine quality service with ease and comfort of travel. It reflects a pivotal step in Riyadh Air's strategy to elevate service standards across all stages of the guest journey. Under this agreement, the two companies will work together on several initiatives, including exclusive benefits for members of the soon-to-be-announced Riyadh Air loyalty program, through seamless integration with Riyadh Air's digital platforms. This will provide guests with a convenient and reliable travel experience from the moment they book to the final destination.
