Riyadh - Mubasher: Lejam Sports Company announced accepting the resignation of the company's current CEO, Adnan bin Abdullah Al-Khalaf, based on his desire not to renew his contract.

It explained in a statement on "Tadawul" today, Thursday, that the resignation will be effective upon the expiration of his contract on February 12, 2025, and that Abdul-Ilah bin Muhammad Al-Nimr will be appointed as the new CEO.

Abdul-Ilah Al-Nemer is a member of the Board of Directors in the current session. He was a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Lijam Sports Company from 2019 to 2021.

According to its statement on “Tadawul”, Abdul-Ilah has more than 21 years of professional experience, and has held several positions on boards of directors and affiliated committees, in addition to holding leadership positions at the executive level within several institutions. He has experience in leadership, stakeholder relationship management, public-private partnerships, sustainability, in addition to business and project development, strategy, corporate banking, investment banking, and project finance.
