Riyadh - Mubasher: Samer bin Abdulaziz Al-Hogail, President and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef), said that the focus during 2025 will be mainly on completing the second growth project in Yanbu.

Al-Haqil added, in his comment on the company's results for 2024, according to the company's statement on "Tadawul", today, Monday, that the project represents the cornerstone of the company's growth strategy.

He pointed out that the second growth project in Yanbu will enable the company to produce the third category, making the company the sole producer of the three categories of base oils in the region.

He also pointed out that the project will enhance the company's production capacity and give it global flexibility in production, enhancing its ability to maximize the use of production capacity and seize opportunities in base oil markets to maximize returns.

The President and Chief Executive Officer of Luberef confirmed that the company is ideally positioned to take advantage of strategic growth opportunities.

He pointed out that the year 2024 witnessed Luberef's flexibility and adaptability, as it achieved growth in its sales volume and expanded its presence in global markets despite the challenges.
