Riyadh - Mubasher: Roshn Group announced laying the foundation stone for Al Manar Community, the first integrated Roshn community in Makkah, which is 20 minutes away from the Grand Mosque.

Roshn Group explained, through its official account on the “X” platform, that the foundation stone for the Al-Manar community was laid under the patronage of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and in the presence of the Mayor of the Holy Capital, Musaed Al-Daoud, and the CEO of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites, Saleh Al-Rashid.

She pointed out that the project will provide more than 33,000 housing units with the highest standards, in a humanized community with facilities and services that are in harmony with the daily needs of the residents.

She also pointed out that on the sidelines of the foundation stone laying ceremony for Al Manar Community, Roshn Group signed a memorandum of understanding with the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites, with the aim of cooperating in developing the infrastructure and raising the quality of services for the group’s projects in Makkah.
