Dubai - Mubasher: Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, stressed that the development of services, facilities and infrastructure in all parts of the Emirate of Dubai is continuous and is subject to constant review and updating, to provide the best quality of life for citizens, residents and visitors according to the highest international standards, so that Dubai will always be the best city in the world to live, work and visit.
