AMSTERDAM, June 6 (Reuters) - Computer chip equipment maker ASML ASML.AS said on Saturday that Elon Musk will speak at an internal company technology conference this week, discussing his vision for Terafab, a large scale chip plant that would supply Tesla TSLA.O and Space X.

ASML, as the largest supplier of chip-making equipment, is well-placed to become a vendor to Terafab, and the company described itself as a collaborator in what it termed a "serious endeavor."

• "Through Terafab, Musk and his team are becoming part of the broader semiconductor ecosystem, and many companies, including ASML, will collaborate" on it, ASML said.

• ASML has previously confirmed talks with Musk over Terafab

• The company's technology conference is a virtual conference that only employees may attend

• ASML says Musk will also discuss his vision for AI and robotics.

• ASML conference scheduled for June 9-10
