Sept 10 (Reuters) - Saudia Aramco is planning a five and 10-year U.S. dollar sukuk bond issuance, showed a term sheet seen by Reuters on Wednesday.

The initial price target for the five-year bond has been set at Treasuries plus 105 basis points, and Treasuries plus 115 basis points for the longer-dated tenor, the term sheet showed.
