1. Promotion Period
The promotion will commence from 10/11/2025 GMT+3 to 21/12/2025 GMT+3 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period). The promotion period may be extended/shortened subjected to the discretion of Sahm Capital Financial Company (hereinafter referred to as Sahm Capital).

During the promotion period, all registered customers of Sahm Capital are eligible to participate. 
The promotion consists of 6 rounds. Each round starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Participants with successful predictions will receive commission-free cashback coupons.

3. How to Use Rewards
3.1 Commission-Free Cashback Coupon on U.S. Stocks

• After redeeming the coupon, the coupon entitles the holder to a 30-day cashback on U.S. stock market trading commissions. 
• The cashback amount is limited to the coupon's face value. There is no limit on the number of transactions. 
• The cashback is applicable to the commission fees charged by Sahm Capital incurred during U.S. securities buying and selling. Other collection fees charged by CMA, Tadawul, and so on do not fall in the cashback range. For more details, please refer to the Help Center.
• The cashback amount will be credited after settlement. The actual cashback amount is subject to the portfolio details. You can check it on the cash transaction page or the cashback details page.
• The coupon will automatically expire once the cashback amount reaches the coupon's face value during the validity period or once it reaches its expiration date.
• Cashback coupons of the same type cannot be used concurrently. Once the cashback limit of the first activated coupon is reached, the other coupon can then be activated.

3.2 Reward Issuance

• The reward will be issued to the customer's account in the form of coupons. Please view the coupon in Sahm App - My Coupons.
• All rewards and coupons are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient for approved purposes on the trading platform.

3.3 Reward Expiration 
All coupons will be valid for 30 days since the claiming date. Users should use them promptly, as no rewards will be reissued after the expiration date.

4. Conditions and Disclaimers

• All rewards in this promotion are provided by Sahm Capital. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this promotion. And Sahm Capital has the final decision on the eligibility of participants.
• Sahm Capital has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Sahm Capital's back-end data. Sahm Capital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Sahm Capital in connection with this promotion shall be binding on all participants.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• The terms and conditions are written in both Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
