PRESSR: Daily Transactions Report: AED 4.1 Billion Real Estate Transactions in Dubai

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than AED 4.1 billion, as the department witnessed today the registration of 665 sales worth AED 2.53 billion, including 49 land sales worth AED 685.7 million and 616 apartment and villa sales worth AED 1.85 billion.

The most important land sales were worth AED 84.32 million in Al Barsha South 2, followed by a sale worth AED 83.72 million in Al Barsha South 2, followed by a sale worth AED 43 million in Al Thanya 4.

Wadi Al Safa 3 area topped the areas in terms of the number of sales, recording 11 sales worth AED 133.05 million, followed by Dubai Maritime City area, recording 5 sales worth AED 113.8 million, and third in Hind City 4, recording 4 sales worth AED 3.97 million.

As for the most important apartment and villa sales, the most important sale was a sale worth 150 million dirhams in the Al Barsha 1 area, followed by a sale worth 131.5 million dirhams in the Dubai Maritime City area, and finally a sale worth 43 million dirhams in the Al Thanya 4 area.

Al Barsha South 4 topped the areas in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 112 sales worth AED 111.91 million, followed by Dubai Marina, recording 81 sales worth AED 343.33 million, and third in Al Markaz, recording 51 sales worth AED 112.22 million.

Mortgages recorded a value of AED 1.06 billion, including 20 land mortgages worth AED 647.33 million and 123 villa and apartment mortgages worth AED 412.84 million. The most important of these was in the Jebel Ali area worth AED 308.12 million and another in the Karama area worth AED 149.5 million.

As for donations, 73 donations were recorded, worth 600.01 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Hamriya area, worth 190 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area, worth 159.17 million dirhams.
