PRESSR: Daily Transaction Report: AED 595 Million Real Estate Transactions in Dubai

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 595 million dirhams, as the department witnessed today the registration of 133 sales worth 505.76 million dirhams, including 4 land sales worth 238.43 million dirhams and 129 sales of apartments and villas worth 267.33 million dirhams.

The most important land sales were worth AED 165.62 million in the Jaddaf area, followed by a sale worth AED 32 million in the Al Habiya 4 area, followed by a sale worth AED 24.63 million in the Al Habiya 4 area.

Al Habbia 4 topped the areas in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 2 sales worth 56.63 million dirhams, followed by Al Markaz area, which recorded 1 sale worth 16.18 million dirhams, and third in Al Jaddaf, which recorded 1 sale worth 165.62 million dirhams.

As for the most important apartment and villa sales, the sale worth 29.36 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area was the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 14.72 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, and finally a sale worth 11.07 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

Dubai Maritime City topped the list of areas in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 26 sales worth AED 51.44 million, followed by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens, recording 25 sales worth AED 54.57 million, and third in Al Barsha South 4, recording 21 sales worth AED 18.84 million.

The mortgages recorded a value of AED 87.98 million, including 3 land mortgages worth AED 84.4 million and 3 villa and apartment mortgages worth AED 3.58 million. The most important of these was in the Al Thanya 4 area worth AED 82.5 million and another in the Wadi Al Safa 5 area worth AED 3.36 million.

As for donations, one donation was recorded, worth 1.76 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Dubai Marina area, worth 1.76 million dirhams.
