BRASILIA, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Negotiations for a trade deal between the European Union and the South American Mercosur bloc to be finalized continue, Brazil's Foreign Trade Secretary Tatiana Prazeres said on Tuesday, rejecting France's view that they had stopped.
