PRESSR: King Khalid International Airport Obtains Level 3 Customer Experience Accreditation

Riyadh, Riyadh Airports Company, which manages and operates King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, announced that the airport has obtained the Level 3 Customer Experience Accreditation Certificate from Airports Council International (ACI), for its commitment to continuously improving the airport passenger experience.

Riyadh Airport had obtained the second level of the certificate in early 2023 by meeting the requirements of the program, which aims to enhance customer experience management in the short and long term.

The Airports Council International Customer Experience Accreditation Program is the only accreditation program in the airport sector that provides a comprehensive view of customer experience management review, and provides training opportunities for staff and stakeholders to gain experience and increase customer satisfaction. The program certificate is granted according to the level to airports that have been keen to communicate and listen to the opinions of travelers about the quality of services provided in various travel areas, and work on the continuous development and improvement of the traveler experience at all levels.
