1. Promotion Period

The promotion will commence from 06/07/2025 GMT+3 to 03/08/2025 GMT+3 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period). The promotion period may be extended/shortened subjected to the discretion of Sahm Capital Financial Company (hereinafter referred to as Sahm Capital).

2. Double Rewards

• Labubu 3.0 (Reward Boost): Weekly top 10 referrers will each receive a Labubu.
• SAR 200 Cash Reward: Refer your friend to make an accumulated deposit of  ≥ SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500 and maintain for 14 calendar days.

4. Eligibility for Promotion Participation

• The promotion is available to both new and existing customers of Sahm Capital.
• All participants must open a Saudi or U.S. securities account on the Sahm platform.
• Starting from July 6th, 2025, participants who refer friends to sign up and make an accumulated deposit of ≥ SAR 1,000 or USD 300 during the promotion period are eligible to get the reward of Labubu 3.0.
• Weekly top 10 referrers (ranking according to the cumulative number of referrees deposited) will each get a Labubu.

5. Rewards & Distribution

  • Winners ranking 1st to 6th will each receive a single box of The Monsters Big Into Energy (3.0).
  • Winners ranking 7th to 8th will each receive a single box of Tasty Macarons (1.0).

• Ranking Mechanism
  • The ranking is based on the cumulative number of referrees deposited.
  • The ranking for referrers with the same number of referrees deposited are determined by who reached that number first.
  • The ranking will restart every Sunday at 12:00 AM GMT+3.
• Reward Distribution
  • Winners will be announced on X platform and Sahm Capital's Help Center every Sunday before 06:00 PM GMT+3.
  • All Labubus will be distributed within 14 business days after the winner announcement.

Labubus are available for recipients within KSA. All Labubu winners will be contacted by our Customer Service Team within 14 business days after the winner announcement, to confirm shipping details.

• All rewards in this promotion are provided by Sahm Capital. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this promotion. And Sahm Capital has the final decision on the eligibility of participants.
• Sahm Capital has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Sahm Capital's back-end data. Sahm Capital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation.
