May 27 (Reuters) - Alternative asset manager DigitalBridge DBRG.N said on Wednesday it has agreed to buy ArcLight Capital Partners, a specialist investor in power and electric infrastructure, in a deal valued at up to $1.05 billion.

The terms include a base purchase price of $650 million, with an additional $400 million in contingent consideration, the company said.
