June 17 (Reuters) - Barclays raised its year-end target for the pan-European STOXX 600 .STOXX index to 670 from 620 on Wednesday and closed its "Underweight" stance on the regional equities, saying easing oil prices and a potential U.S.-Iran deal could reduce stagflation risks and improve the macro outlook.
