May 18 (Reuters) - BP BP.L on Monday said its Whiting refinery returned to the bargaining table prepared to continue good-faith negotiations with the United Steelworkers Local 7-1, but was disappointed that the union chose to leave the bargaining table without meaningfully engaging on the issues that remain unresolved.
