We have entered into an equity distribution agreement with Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as sales agents, relating to the offer and sale from time to time of shares of our Class C common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Class C common stock"). Upon entry into the equity distribution agreement, we terminated our prior at-the-market equity offering program. At the time of such termination, approximately $75.0 million of shares of Class C common stock remain unsold under such program.
In accordance with the terms of the equity distribution agreement, we may offer and sell shares of our Class C common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $100,000,000 from time to time through the sales agents pursuant to a continuous equity offering program.
