** British bookmaker Evoke <EVOK.L> agreed to be acquired by Greek lottery and gaming firm Bally's Intralot <BYLOTr.AT> in an all-share deal valuing it at about £243 million ($326 million), sending its shares up 14%.

** Bermudian (re)insurer Vantage Group Holdings' acquisition by Howard Hughes Holdings in an all-cash transaction valued at $2.1 billion has closed following receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
