Diversified Energy Company (NYSE:DEC, LSE: DEC)) ("Diversified" or the "Company") in partnership with global investment firm Carlyle's (NASDAQ:CG) Global Credit platform are pleased to announce the execution of a purchase agreement for the acquisition of a bolt-on portfolio of certain oil and natural gas properties, along with related assets located within the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma (the "Assets") from Camino Natural Resources (the "Acquisition").
Purchase price of $1,175 million before anticipated.
