BRUSSELS, Feb 6 (Reuters) - The European Commission has proposed a new package of sanctions against Russia that targets energy, financial services and trade sectors, its President Ursula von der Leyen said on Friday.

She said the new sanctions would include a full maritime services ban for Russian crude oil and set up a new import ban on metals, chemicals and critical minerals not yet under sanctions.
