LONDON, June 24 (Reuters) - Northwest European gasoline refining margins rose $1.55 to $30.25 a barrel on Wednesday despite a rise in U.S. inventories, as underlying crude prices fell sharply.

• Around 7,600 metric tons of Eurobob E10 gasoline barges were traded in the Argus window, with TotalEnergies and Gunvor selling to Equinor, Exxon Mobil and MB Energy across four deals.

• An additional 12,000 tons of Eurobob E5 gasoline barges were traded, with BP, Sahara and Exxon Mobil selling to TotalEnergies, Varo and Gunvor across six deals.

• BP also sold an E5 barge to Trafigura in the Platts window.

• U.S. gasoline stocks USOILG=ECI rose by 2.1 million barrels last week to 216.3 million barrels, the Energy Information Administration said, compared with analysts' expectations in a Reuters poll for a 0.6 million-barrel draw. EIA/S​

• Exxon Mobil's XOM.N Antwerp oil refinery will halt output from June 29 to July 3 due to a strike action, the company's press office said on Wednesday.

• Workers at the refinery oppose a plan to cut 35 jobs out of a total of 735, ABVV Petroleum union said on its website.

• Russia is in talks with Kazakhstan to import about 50,000 metric tons of AI-92 gasoline to ease a domestic shortage caused by refinery outages and unscheduled repairs, four industry sources said.

• U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he has instructed the Department of Justice to look into oil companies for not lowering gasoline pump prices in line with falling crude costs, and accused the companies of "gouging" customers.

• EU-27 and UK gasoline and blending component exports to other regions have averaged 928,000 barrels per day so far this month, from an average of 883,000 bpd for the whole of May, Kpler data showed.
