NEW YORK, May 8 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago President Austan Goolsbee said on Friday the future of monetary policy could include interest rate increases.

With the job market holding in and inflation mounting, “I don't see how you can look at the current situation, and at least to me, and view that the only thing that's on the table, conceivably, are rate cuts,” Goolsbee said on Bloomberg’s television channel.
