May 7 (Reuters) - German satellite maker OHB OHBG.DE will consider legal action if EU antitrust regulators approve a planned merger of the satellite businesses of Airbus AIR.PA, Thales TCFP.PA and Leonardo LDOF.MI, its CEO said on Thursday.
