July 23 (Reuters) - Honeywell Technologies HON.O posted a higher second-quarter profit on Thursday, benefiting from resilient demand for industrial automation solutions and building technologies in its first earnings report since completing a historic breakup of the industrial conglomerate.
Quarterly adjusted profit came in at $1.95 per share, compared with $1.77 per share a year ago.
