Investors who take an interest in PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR) should definitely note that the Independent Director, Narinder Singh, recently paid US$17.36 per share to buy US$200k worth of the stock. We reckon that's a good sign, especially since the purchase boosted their holding by 74%.
