Patrick Industries Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider sale was by the CEO & Chairman of the Board, Andy Nemeth, for US$2.9m worth of shares, at about US$115 per share. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. It's of some comfort that this sale was conducted at a price well above the current share price, which is US$95.17. So it may not tell us anything about how insiders feel about the current share price.
Happily, we note that in the last year insiders paid US$4.9m for 52.38k shares. On the other hand they divested 124.07k shares, for US$14m. It is certainly not great to see that insiders have sold shares in the company.
