JAKARTA, July 8 (Reuters) - The head of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) said on Wednesday there will be communication with S&P Dow Jones Indices about the index provider's decision to include Indonesia on a watchlist for a potential market downgrade.

IDX CEO Jeffrey Hendrik told reporters that the exchange was committed to efforts to increase transparency in the capital market.
