July 9 (Reuters) - Shares in Swiss hospital real estate company Infracore INFRACC.S dropped about 1.5% compared to the offer price on their Swiss stock exchange debut on Thursday.

The stock opened on par with the offer price of 54 Swiss francs ($67), before declining to 52.6 francs at 0743 GMT.
