POLITICS

Italy will not respond further to U.S. President Donald Trump's attacks on Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, ministers said, pledging to protect bilateral ties that have come under strain in recent weeks after the two leaders traded accusations.

DEBT

Italy was set to raise $6 billion from a three-part dollar bond sale on Tuesday, according to a lead manager, making this Rome's first borrowing in U.S. currency in five years.

Italy's Treasury said on Tuesday it would offer up to €7.5 billion of bonds at a July 10 auction.

UNICREDIT CRDI.MI

The Italian lender publishes the final data on the take-up of its offer for Commerzbank CBKG.DE shares.

FINCANTIERI FCT.MI

Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri said on Tuesday it had signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings to build a third ultra-luxury cruise ship. The contract is valued at between €500 million and €1 billion, the company said in a statement. The delivery is scheduled for 2031.

STELLANTIS STLAM.MI

Fiat launched sales in the United States of Topolino, its two-seat, fully electric compact car, with a price starting from $13,995 and a range of up to 46 miles (74 km), the Stellantis brand said on Tuesday.

POSTE ITALIANE PST.MI, TELECOM ITALIA (TIM) TLIT.MI

The Italian state-backed conglomerate said on Tuesday that its board had approved issuing new shares for €372 million to pay for the TIM deal.
