July 20 (Reuters) - LXP Industrial Trust LXP.N said on Monday that it has agreed to be acquired by Brookfield Asset Management and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $5.2 billion, including net debt and preferred equity.
