Mexico expects carmaker to announce $500 million investment in coming days
MEXICO CITY, July 7 (Reuters) - Mexico's economy ministry said on Tuesday that a carmaker will announce an investment of $500 million in the country in coming days, without naming the firm.
The ministry's announcement follows Toyota's 7203.T decision to build a $3.6 billion plant in Texas and transfer some truck production there from its plant in Mexico's border town of Tijuana.
