Middle East Crude-Dubai eases; Total receives four cargoes
SINGAPORE, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Middle East crude benchmark Dubai eased in the first of six sessions on Friday despite purchases by TotalEnergies that led to the delivery of another four cargoes to the French major.

Cash Dubai's premium to swaps fell 7 cents to $1.02 a barrel.
TotalEnergies received two al-Shaheen crude cargoes from PTT and Shell and another two Upper Zakum crude cargoes from Reliance and PetroChina following the deals. The French major has bought 15 cargoes so far this month.

Crude oil exports from Saudi Araboa, the world's largest oil exporter fell to 6.988 million barrels per day, down from 7.378 million bpd in November and its lowest since September, data from the Joint Organizations Data Initiative showed on Thursday.
Russian state oil and gas revenue is seen almost halving in February to 410 billion roubles ($5.35 billion) from the same month in 2025 due to a stronger local currency and lower oil prices, Reuters calculations showed on Thursday.
Russia's flagship Urals oil blend is being sold from its Baltic ports at the deepest discounts for around three years compared to the global benchmark Brent crude, according to Reuters data.
Venezuela's refining network is operating at about 35% of its installed capacity of 1.29 million barrels per day, workers at the facilities said on Thursday, above the 20% to 25% of last year but still a low volume to secure enough fuel to meet rising domestic demand.
