LONDON, June 3 (Reuters) - Oil refiners in the Middle East will need to become more commercially agile and develop pipelines and more storage in the next 2-3 years, OMV general manager Mikael Berthod said on Wednesday.

They will need to reinforce partnerships to make sure they are well placed to manage supply crises in future, he said at the S&P Global Energy Petroleum and Gas Conference in London.
