Mirion Technologies, Inc. has acquired Paragon Energy Solutions, a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of highly engineered solutions for large-scale nuclear power plants and small modular reactors (SMRs). Paragon supplies a wide range of products, including electrical, sensor, power management, instrumentation and controls, HVAC, mechanical, and flow components essential for the safe and compliant operation of nuclear facilities. The sale was completed by Windjammer Capital Investors, which highlighted Paragon's growth and innovation in the nuclear industry and its strong position to support next-generation nuclear solutions as part of Mirion. Financial advisors for the transaction included Baird and Moelis & Company LLC, with Kirkland & Ellis providing legal counsel.
