MSCI review extension to help accelerate reform drive, Indonesia's financial regulator says

- Indonesia's financial regulator said on Wednesday the decision by global index provider MSCI to extend its review of Indonesia's market status to November would add momentum to market reforms authorities are implementing.

Hasan Fawzi, the regulator's chief capital market supervisor, also said the country's capital market was still attractive to global and domestic investors.

His comments came after MSCI had earlier said it would extend its review of Indonesia's market status to assess the measures being rolled out by Jakarta.
