Key Highlights
• Digital-only subscription revenues grew 16.1 percent year-over-year, driven by growth in both
digital-only subscribers and digital-only average revenue per user ("ARPU"). The Company added
approximately 310,000 net digital-only subscribers compared with the end of the fourth quarter of
2025, bringing the total number of subscribers to 13.08 million. Digital-only ARPU increased 2.4
percent year-over-year to $9.77.
• Digital advertising revenues increased 31.6 percent year-over-year primarily due to strong
marketer demand and growth in advertising supply.
• Affiliate, licensing and other revenues increased 7.8 percent year-over-year primarily as a result of
higher licensing revenues.
