OSLO, June 3 (Reuters) - Norway's oil industry on Wednesday began two days of wage talks with trade unions, hoping to avert the outbreak of a labour strike that could hit the country's oil and gas output.
Nearly 8% of Norwegian offshore oil and gas workers plan to strike from June 5 if the state-brokered wage mediation fails in the coming days, three labour unions said on Monday.
