OSI Systems, Inc. (the "Company" or "OSI Systems") (NASDAQ: OSIS) today announced that its Security division was awarded a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of approximately $200 million from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide its relocatable Rapiscan® passenger vehicle inspection systems. An initial task order under the contract covers the first systems along with associated service and training.
