UKRAINE RECOVERY CONFERENCE

The two-day Conference for the Reconstruction of Ukraine will begin in Gdansk on Thursday. The main topic of discussion will be international economic and defence aid for Kyiv. Prime Minister Donald Tusk will attend the inauguration. The Ukrainian delegation will be led by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.


EUROPEAN LEADERS

European leaders reaffirmed on Wednesday their commitment to a stronger defence partnership ahead of next month's NATO summit in Ankara, following a series of spats with U.S. President Donald Trump and tensions among the main European members.


EBRD

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) forecasts that Poland's economic growth will reach 3.5% in 2026, the highest in the region, and will slow to 2.8% in 2027, said EBRD Chief Economist Beata Javorcik, quoted by Rzeczpospolita daily.


ASSECO POLAND

Polish IT company Asseco Poland ACPP.WA has signed an agreement with state-owned Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) to maintain BGK's central banking system, the value of which may exceed 300 million zlotys ($79.55 million), Puls Biznesu daily reported.
