- Alphabet GOOGL.O announced a plan to issue $80 billion in equity, including $10 billion to Berkshire Hathaway BRKa.N, to fund AI capital expenditures.
- Alternative asset manager Blackstone BX.N said it has raised $13.1 billion for its Asia private equity fund, exceeding its initial target and marking its largest such fundraise in the region.
