South Korean fintech Toss postpones US listing plan, media report says
SEOUL, July 6 (Reuters) - South Korean financial tech firm Toss has decided to postpone its plan for a share listing on the Nasdaq .IXIC within this year, a media report said on Monday.
The company's plan to sell American depositary receipts, or ADRs, within this year has been postponed, the Seoul Economic Daily reported, citing an unnamed senior financial industry source.
Toss declined to comment.
Reuters reported last year that Toss, a popular South Korean app that provides banking and other financial services, aims to list in the U.S. in the second quarter of 2026 with a valuation of more than $10 billion.
