TenX Protocols Completes Acquisition of Blade Labs Software and IP for $320,000
TenX Protocols Inc., a blockchain infrastructure company, has provided an update on its acquisition of proprietary software code and related intellectual property from Blade Labs Corp. for a total consideration of $320,000, completed on July 8, 2025. The purchase included $160,000 in cash and 213,333 common shares valued at $0.75 per share. As part of a six-month agreement starting January 2, 2025, TenX will deliver validator hosting, monitoring, and technical support services to Blade Labs, with Blade Labs paying a fixed monthly fee of $5,000 CAD. TenX stated that this acquisition strengthens its validator technology and supports its infrastructure roadmap for high-performance networks. Following the transaction, TenX holds significant digital assets, including Solana, Sei, Sui, and USDC, and reports a strong balance sheet with approximately $5.6 million CAD and no debt.
