The purchase included $160,000 in cash and 213,333 common shares valued at $0.75 per share. As part of a six-month agreement starting January 2, 2025, TenX will deliver validator hosting, monitoring, and technical support services to Blade Labs, with Blade Labs paying a fixed monthly fee of $5,000 CAD. TenX stated that this acquisition strengthens its validator technology and supports its infrastructure roadmap for high-performance networks. Following the transaction, TenX holds significant digital assets, including Solana, Sei, Sui, and USDC, and reports a strong balance sheet with approximately $5.6 million CAD and no debt.
