UPDATE 1-Energy company ERock files for US IPO

May 15 (Reuters) - Energy company ERock filed for an initial public offering in the United States on Friday.
The company designs, deploys and operates modular natural gas-powered distributed power systems for data centers, utilities and industrial customers.
ERock aims to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "EROC".
Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are the joint lead book-running managers for the offering.
